Meet Fadima Aden, the driving force behind Ultimate Female Fitness ‘UFF,’ and a powerhouse in the world of health and fitness. With a Bachelor of Social Science, a Masters of Personal Training, and a Certificate 3 in Children Services, Fadima is not just a fitness expert but a well-rounded professional with a passion for empowering women.

Boasting over a decade of experience as a fitness coach, a Taekwondo champion, and a certified instructor in Boxing, Taekwondo, Group Fitness, and Boot-camp, Fadima is a versatile force. As a 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, she has clinched prestigious titles like Australian National Champion, State Gold Medallist, and several State Silver and Bronze medals.

However, Fadima’s journey extends beyond the titles and accolades. Recognised as the ‘Personal Trainer of the Region’ during her stint in the UK, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to UFF. What sets Fadima apart is not just her skill in the fitness arena but her personal commitment to health, fitness, and nutrition, which began at a young age.

As a mother herself, Fadima understands the unique challenges and joys that come with motherhood. Specialising in prenatal and post-natal wellbeing, she brings a compassionate touch to fitness.
