TABATA is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
This 45-minute class is perfect for those who want to push their limits and get the most out of their workouts. During the TABATA class, you will alternate between 20 seconds of high-intensity exercise and 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of 8 rounds. This type of training is known as the
TABATA protocol and has been shown to increase both aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels.
